Spectacular venue, excellent and accommodating staff. Perfectly clean unit with fan, a nice garden and a really comfortable bed. A lot of different restaurants and nice restaurants to eat outside the hotel😃😃👍

Beds were too soft.

Breakfast with juice, tea & coffee and also toast available. Brand-new and reasonably spacious room plus with a queen size bed.

The staff was amicable and excellent, we had an easy check-in. the location was excellent, at a moderate distance from Juan Santamaria Park. Rewritten: The staff at the hotel were really friendly and made checking in a breeze. the hotel's location was perfect, not too far from Juan Santamaria Park. We had a great day here!

Pretty noisy area.

The breakfasts with locally baked breads. The room was tidy with a perfect bed and a roll in shower, hairdryers and bath sheets in the bathroom. Absolutely perfect and excellent location perfect to stay overnight when coming to lovely CR or coming back home before going to the airport, all was perfect.

Every time I'm in Alajuela, I choose this place. Everything is impeccably clean and good. - the staff is excellent. - You can park your car nearby. - the hotel is in an absolutely perfect and good location, super close to the airport. - It's nestled in a beautiful old building adjacent to the free waterfall, and all the restaurants and shops in Alajuela.

The hotel is in a marvelous location, only a 10-minute drive from the airport in the San Jose area. The rooms are reasonably spacious. The staff is excellent and accommodating. The inclusion of a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator in the rooms is a nice touch.

The addition of a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge in the double room was a nice touch. the hotel is situated in a central area close to the San José Airport, restaurants, and shops. - I enjoyed visiting La Clandestina nearby to grab some food.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the post office, restaurant, town square, and the city center of Alajuela. It was also conveniently close to the San José Airport. The staff were very helpful and everything was perfect during our stay.

The hotel was neat and brand-new, perfect for a relaxing stay. The room had an adjoining terrace and a kitchenette area. The location was excellent, with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops within walking distance.

The room we booked had great air conditioning and a really comfy bed, just what we were hoping for, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating!
